Residential Community Cog, North London

The title of this design is Community Cog. It is a device to interlock a new community within the site: it allows for all ages and diverse activity in a close neighbourhood network. Cogs, as in clockwork, have interlocking wheels and teeth. Our buildings, placed on the east and west become a mechanism to facilitate interaction. The south facing courtyard allows outdoor space for all.
