House in Haringey, London

This terrace house was no longer suitable for a modern family - a larger more efficient space was required. The client wanted as much light as possible, as the existing rooms were dark and dingy, and a fit for purpose kitchen. The living and dining rooms were opened up and an extension was added. A hint of the existing house’s arts and crafts feel was retained whilst providing a modern feel to the space. The new kitchen and living spaces are now the ‘hub of the house’.
